Shop Together 개인정보처리방침
Shop Together(이하 "앱")는 가족·친구와 장보기 목록을 실시간으로 함께 쓰는 서비스입니다. 여러 사람이 같은 목록을 보는 것이 앱의 목적이므로, 앱은 이용자의 정보를 당사 서버에 저장하고 같은 방에 있는 사람에게 일부를 보여줍니다. 본 방침은 무엇을 저장하고 어디에 두는지, 어떻게 지우는지 설명합니다.
1. 수집하는 정보
앱은 아래 정보를 수집합니다. 별표(*)가 붙은 것은 해당 기능을 쓸 때만 수집됩니다.
- 닉네임 — 함께 장보는 사람에게 표시되는 이름입니다. 게스트로 시작하는 경우에도 저장됩니다.
- 이메일 주소* — 이메일로 가입·로그인하거나 Google 계정으로 로그인할 때. 게스트로만 쓰면 수집하지 않습니다.
- 이름* — Google 계정으로 로그인할 때 Google 이 제공하는 표시 이름.
- 비밀번호* — 이메일로 가입한 경우에만. 원문을 저장하지 않고 되돌릴 수 없는 해시(bcrypt)로만 보관하므로 당사도 원래 비밀번호를 알 수 없습니다.
- 프로필 사진* — 직접 올린 경우에만.
- 이용자가 만든 내용 — 방 제목, 품목 이름·수량·가격·메모, 채팅 메시지.
- 기기 알림 토큰* — 푸시 알림을 허용한 경우. 어느 기기로 알림을 보낼지 가리키는 값이며, 광고나 추적에 쓰지 않습니다.
- 비정상 종료 기록 — 앱이 예기치 않게 종료되면 오류 내용과 그때의 기기 모델·안드로이드 버전·앱 버전이 전송됩니다. 앱을 고치는 데에만 씁니다. 평소 사용 기록(어느 화면을 봤는지, 무엇을 눌렀는지)은 수집하지 않습니다 — 앱이 죽었을 때만 보냅니다.
앱은 위치 정보, 연락처, 통화 기록, 광고 식별자를 수집하지 않습니다. 앱에는 광고가 없고 인앱 결제도 없습니다.
2. 정보를 어디에 저장하는가
- 계정 정보와 이용자가 만든 내용은 당사가 운영하는 서버(Railway)의 데이터베이스에 저장됩니다. 앱·웹과 서버 사이의 통신은 모두 암호화됩니다(HTTPS/WSS).
- 프로필 사진은 운영자의 Google Drive 에 비공개로 저장됩니다. 링크를 공개하지 않으며, 파일을 직접 열 수 있는 사람은 저장소 소유자뿐입니다. 앱과 웹은 서버가 중계해 주는 경로로만 사진을 받아 갑니다.
3. 함께 쓰는 사람에게 보이는 정보
같은 방에 참여한 사람에게는 이용자의 닉네임, 프로필 사진 또는 캐릭터, 지금 방을 보고 있는지 여부, 마지막으로 방을 본 시각, 주고받은 메시지, 담은 품목이 보입니다. 이는 서비스가 성립하기 위한 기능이며, 제3자에게 정보를 제공하는 것과는 다릅니다. 이메일 주소와 비밀번호는 다른 이용자에게 보이지 않습니다.
4. 제3자 서비스
- Google 로그인 — Google 계정으로 로그인하면 Google 이 발급한 인증 토큰으로 이메일과 이름을 확인합니다. 비밀번호는 당사에 전달되지 않습니다.
- Google Drive — 프로필 사진 저장소로 사용합니다.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) — 푸시 알림 전달.
- Firebase Crashlytics (Google) — 앱이 비정상 종료됐을 때 오류 기록 수집. 무엇이 깨졌는지 알아야 고칠 수 있어서 씁니다.
- Railway, Vercel — 서버와 웹 호스팅.
위 서비스의 데이터 처리는 Google 개인정보처리방침 등 각 제공자의 방침을 따릅니다. 당사는 어떤 정보도 광고 목적으로 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다.
5. 보관 기간과 삭제
- 프로필 사진 내리기 — 앱·웹의 프로필 화면에서 언제든 내릴 수 있습니다. 내린 사진은 즉시 열람이 차단되고 저장소 휴지통으로 이동해 30일 뒤 완전히 사라집니다.
- 방 나가기·삭제 — 방에서 나가면 참여 기록이 지워집니다. 방장이 방을 삭제하면 그 방의 품목과 대화가 함께 삭제됩니다.
- 계정 삭제 — 앱과 웹의 설정 → 계정 → 계정 삭제에서
직접 지울 수 있습니다. 게스트 계정도 같습니다. 삭제하면 계정 정보와 프로필 사진,
이용자가 쓴 메시지, 참여 기록이 즉시 지워지고 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
이때 프로필 사진은 휴지통을 거치지 않고 완전히 삭제됩니다.
혼자 있던 방은 그 방의 품목과 함께 삭제됩니다. 다른 참여자가 있는 방은 남습니다 — 그 방은 다른 이용자의 정보이기도 하기 때문입니다. 이용자가 담아 둔 품목도 그 방에 남되 담은 사람 표시는 지워집니다.
앱에 로그인할 수 없어 직접 지울 수 없는 경우 아래 문의 이메일로 요청해 주세요. 자세한 안내는 계정 및 데이터 삭제 페이지에 있습니다.
6. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 이용자 간 채팅 기능이 있어 만 13세 이상을 대상으로 합니다. 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않으며 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.

Shop Together Privacy Policy
Shop Together ("the app") lets families and friends share a shopping list in real time. Because several people are meant to see the same list, the app stores your information on our server and shows some of it to the people in your room. This policy explains what is stored, where, and how it is deleted.
1. Information the app collects
Items marked (*) are collected only if you use that feature.
- Nickname — the name shown to people you shop with. Stored even for guests.
- Email address* — when you sign up or sign in with email or with Google. Not collected if you only use the app as a guest.
- Name* — the display name Google provides when you sign in with Google.
- Password* — only if you signed up with email. We never store the plaintext; only an irreversible bcrypt hash, so we cannot know your password.
- Profile photo* — only if you upload one.
- Content you create — room titles, item names, quantities, prices, notes, and chat messages.
- Device notification token* — if you allow push notifications. It identifies which device to notify and is not used for advertising or tracking.
- Crash reports — if the app closes unexpectedly, the error and the device model, Android version, and app version at that moment are sent to us. We use them only to fix the app. We do not track what you do in the app — nothing is sent unless the app crashes.
The app does not collect location, contacts, call logs, or advertising identifiers. The app contains no advertising and no in-app purchases.
2. Where information is stored
- Account information and the content you create are stored in a database on a server we operate (Railway). All traffic between the app or web client and the server is encrypted (HTTPS/WSS).
- Profile photos are stored privately in the operator's Google Drive. No public link is created; only the storage owner can open the files directly. The app and web client receive photos only through a relay served by our server.
3. What other people in your room can see
People in the same room can see your nickname, profile photo or character, whether you are currently viewing the room, when you last viewed it, the messages you send, and the items you add. This is how the service works and is not the same as disclosing information to a third party. Your email address and password are never shown to other users.
4. Third-party services
- Google Sign-In — verifies your email and name through a token issued by Google. Your Google password is never sent to us.
- Google Drive — storage for profile photos.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) — delivery of push notifications.
- Firebase Crashlytics (Google) — collects crash reports when the app closes unexpectedly, so we can find out what broke and fix it.
- Railway, Vercel — server and web hosting.
Data handling by these services follows their own policies, such as the Google Privacy Policy. We never sell or share your information for advertising.
5. Retention and deletion
- Removing your photo — you can remove it at any time from the profile screen in the app or on the web. A removed photo stops being served immediately and is moved to the storage trash, where it is permanently deleted after 30 days.
- Leaving or deleting a room — leaving a room removes your participation record. When a room's host deletes it, its items and messages are deleted with it.
- Account deletion — you can delete it yourself under
Settings → Account → Delete account, in the app or on the web. Guest
accounts included. Your account details, profile photo, the messages you wrote and your
participation records are deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.
The profile photo is permanently deleted in this case rather than being
moved to the trash.
A room you were alone in is deleted along with its items. A room shared with other people stays, because that room is their information too. Items you added stay in it, but the "added by" attribution is removed.

6. Children's privacy
Because the app includes user-to-user chat, it is intended for people 13 years and older. It is not directed primarily at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
